We have missing fields in the HR agent workspace when attempting to create a case manually. In DEV it works fine and the 'Opened for' is showing as configured in the case creation config. However in Test it is not showing anything except COE, HR Service and the HR service description. Native view is working completely fine. As a full blown admin with HR admin I can see the Opened for field but a regular HR basic and HR admin cannot. ACLs match in both instances.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Hi @Daria6
- Temporarily if sys_properties (sn_hr_core.impersonateCheck) value is true , make it false and Test (Refer:Check impersonation on ACL evaluation in HR App [New in Security Center 1.3 and updated in 1.5] )
- Run cache.do in the filter navigator of the TEST instance to ensure that transport or form configuration drifts are completely cleared

The answer was related to views but not the fields themselves, it was because the Default view had the 'HR Case' section at the very bottom of the list instead of the very top. Thanks for the direction.
