We're trying to hide the New button for the Incident Task related list for certain conditions, and found references online for accomplishing that via an "Omit New Condition" field on the List Control form. However, as an admin, I don't have that field showing on the form. We're on Istanbul.
I've attached a screenshot of the form as I'm seeing it. Is there some additional permission that's required for that particular field, or is not available for Istanbul?

As per your screenshot, I can see you already have 'Omit new button' field. That is what you have to check to hide the "New' button. Are you looking for something else?
Please hit correct/helpful based on impact of answer.
Thanks

My understanding is that the "Omit New" option will hide the New button completely. We're trying to hide it under specific conditions. I.E. it's currently visible (and usable) on Closed incidents. We want to put a condition in that will hide it on a parent's state of Closed. I've found references to accomplishing that on other posts, but they use the "Omit New Condition" field, and I'm not seeing that field.

Thanks, that did it. Didn't think it'd be excluded like that, and assumed it was permissions-based.
