Missing subcategory for category software

The sub category choices for software category is missing . Can you please suggest what might be causing the issue

Are you missing the field? Are you missing the choices? Were they ever there? You are providing very little information to go on. Check the sys_choice table on the sub category field and the dependencies on the category=software. It there aren't any there, you need to check what happened to them.

Validate the dependency once while going  to dictionary of sub-category.
