Missing Update set (Customer Updates)

Please how can I locate missing captured missing customer updates? Basically, I have been working on custom application & modules. Prior to start working today the updates were there so after I completed my task to move the updates, I wanted to set it from "In Progress" to "Complete" and noticed that the customer updates I previously saw were no longer there (below the related links section). I need an urgent help with this please.
