Modifications in Search bar Portal

Hi Community, Good Day!

I am stuck in a requirement to show suggestions on custom portal, when i search any word on search bar, it is not showing its suggestions. Need to Show suggestions, on custom portal enable ai is checked and esc portal search is applied and search sources, knowledge bases and catalogs are applied, Default search widget is used in the portal.

Hi @rah dev ,

Go to "Service Portal" > "Search Sources".

Ensure that the appropriate knowledge bases and catalogs are added as search sources and Check the configuration of each search source to ensure it includes the fields you want to search and display suggestions for.

Also enable the AI checkbox if needed.
