I would like to modify the definition of Quarter.

In ServiceNow, it is defined as follows.

1Q: Jan-March

2Q: Apr-Jun

3Q: Jul-Sep

4Q: Oct-Dec

However, in my company, Quarter is defined as follows.

1Q: Apr-Jun

2Q: Jul-Sep

3Q: Oct-Dec

4Q: Jan-March

As a result, when I create trend data visualization, the information displayed is different from the actual situation.

Is it possible to modify the definition of Quarter on ServiceNow?

If you haven't already, install and setup the fiscal calendar plugin that allows you to create your own calendar definition. Useful for those organisations that don't follow calendar years
