Modify the OOTB login.do page

Hello Experts,

Is there any way i can modify the font and colours of the native login.do OOTB page.

For example, add a background color to the 'Login with SSO' link and change its font colour.

I couldnt find any UI page for this.

Unfortunately, i couldn't find information on a way to apply background colors to the 'Log in with SSO' or 'Forgot Password' label links

so what does that link has as an approach? did you check that?
