Move VA topic from one instance to another.

Hello Experts,

I have created a topic on my PDI in global scope and moved that topic to another instance.
but I am not able to access it. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
please guide me thank you in advance.

Can you see your topic in Designer is active and mapped to category ?

Yes, i can see it.

This can mostly happen if you duplicate the topic which is activated in PDI but not in your instance. This could be one of the reason.

Hi there,

 

Have you double checked that the instance you imported the topic on, is at least at the same version? (instance and virtual agent)
