MRVS Attachment to Copy on Actual Ticket

Hi! How to copy the attachment from MRVS to the actual request ticket?

Attachment type variable is not supported within MRVS.

Did you add that?

If yes then when you access the MRVS JSON, the variable value for Attachment will be the sysId of sys_attachment.

Check this link and enhance your logic in after insert business rule. I shared solution for record producer there

Disable ZZ_YY prefix from attachment when added through record producer

There is no attachment option inside MRVS Can you please share the screenshot where you are attaching the screenshot?
