MS Intune Integration: ServiceNow Incidents

After a successful ServiceNow connection in MS Intune, when troubleshooting, the incidents are not visible to the selected user. Even though the user has related incidents, it shows only 0 incidents. The ServiceNow account has incident read and write permissions. Which roles or permissions are required for the operator in MS Intune to view the incident tickets?
