MS team integration

I was trying integrate MS teams wit ServiceNow.
But we are getting an error like 'Your tenant associated with xyz@xyz.com is currently registered with instance https://zxy.service-now.com.'

I have few queries regarding this:
1. If I create some other UserId in servicenow and try to install will it work?
2. If I try to override the xyz instance with my instance, will it affect the xyz instance?
3. How to proceed with multi tenant integration?

Please help me to integrate teams with SN.

Hi @Divya P ,

1. If I create some other UserId in servicenow and try to install will it work?-No it will not work check the existing tenant ID's.
2. If I try to override the xyz instance with my instance, will it affect the xyz instance?-Before overriding the property sn_va_teams.enable_va_override from false to true understand the implications with customer.
