MS teams Integration with Change Management and MIM

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to integrate MS teams with ServiceNow.

 

  1. The requirement is to send a chat message to CAB group in MS Teams when a new emergency change is created.
  2. MS teams integration for Major Incident Workbench to initiate conference call.

I have already installed plugins for MS teams integration with Virtual Agent.

Need to find if any other steps required for above integrations with MIM and Change management.

Did you find anything out about this? When I look the information I find is very specific to case.
