Setting due date for a catalog item in workflow editor

While setting due date in a catalog item . I have set the due date using schedule field present in the properties of catalog item .I have set as 3 business days but even after publishing the workflow of a catalog item the due date is not working. Is there any other way to set the due date for a catalog item

Can you share a screenshot of how the schedule and duration are currently setup?

Ok I tried in my dev instance and it gave the correct due date. It bases it off the item order date/time. So if you have approvals it doesn't count the time it takes to approve it for the due date.
