Hi All ,
I have requirement of incident form majority of the fields i need in the chat bot so that user should be able to create incident via chat bot . Which currently i have achieved by using virtual agent however its a manual work now each field we have to create in virtual agent so its there any automatic feature available in ServiceNow that we can call or automatically the fields can be called in the chat bot.
