MS Teams Knowledge Article Link sent within live agent chat needs to be updated

When knowledge article links are sent to users during Teams chat sessions via the Conversational integration with Teams app, the link opens up the knowledge article in the out of the box service portal 'SP'.

How can I update this to be opened in a different portal we have created so when end users on MS Teams open a KB Link sent from an Agent, they are routed to seeing the KB on the new portal and not the out of the box one?

 

Agent's are using the quick action "/Search-KB" to send out articles. Where do I update the settings for how the link is being routed on MS Teams?

Found the solution for anyone looking into this post in the future.

 

Have to edit the URL Navigation for KB's

Conversational Interfaces --> Settings --> URL Navigation
