After the first row is added, is the Add button disabled or hidden, or does the Add dialog open for subsequent rows, but the addition is rejected when attempting to add/submit the data? Are you experiencing this on all/multiple MRVS or just one specific one? There are scripts that can be added to limit the number of rows, or a Variable Set attribute that can be added to the definition like this
