It appears that the new Multi Row Variable Set values do not display in the out of box 'Ticket Fields' widget on the 'ticket' page on the Service Portal when a user submits a record producer with values populated in the MRVS.
Is this a known issue and has anyone come up with a workaround?
Thanks,
Steve

In the London documentation, a few lines may bring clarity to this:
- "A multi-row variable set is not available in variable summarizer." This may be the reason it doesn't show in your ticket fields widget.
- "You cannot set Global as True for any variable that belongs to a multi-row variable set. So, a multi-row variable set is not available in catalog tasks."
Full article here.
I wish there was more functionality on the multi-row variable set... the above are definitely limitations.

Thanks for the info Alex, I should have read the documentation a bit more closely 🙂
I agree, its a shame these MRVS are limited like this, as the functionality is great. I just checked the Madrid documentation and it looks like the same restrictions apply 😞
Cheers,
Steve
