Multi Row Variable Sets not Showing in Ticket Fields Widget

It appears that the new Multi Row Variable Set values do not display in the out of box 'Ticket Fields' widget on the 'ticket' page on the Service Portal when a user submits a record producer with values populated in the MRVS. 

Is this a known issue and has anyone come up with a workaround?

In the London documentation, a few lines may bring clarity to this:

 

  • "A multi-row variable set is not available in variable summarizer." This may be the reason it doesn't show in your ticket fields widget. 
  • "You cannot set Global as True for any variable that belongs to a multi-row variable set. So, a multi-row variable set is not available in catalog tasks."

I wish there was more functionality on the multi-row variable set... the above are definitely limitations.

Just upgraded my Dev instance to Newyork and multi-row variable set is now visible in the variable summarizer in Service Portal.

Hello, I have an additional question on this earlier solution. I want to implement an enhancement of this function, to have the click to view showing the records on the page. Instead of having the click to view option, I want the records to show on that page as load. The record is multivariable set and I want all records to show onload.
