Multiple email notification

I created a catalog where once submit a request a notification will be sent to a specific persons. 

However, as I run a test and check email logs, I saw 3 email notification sent. See attached file.

 Can you share some screenshots here with your "When to run" and "Who will receive" section please.

There could be multiple reason why duplicate notifications has been send.
First of all in the email log are you seeing all three email status as ‘sent’? if yes , then check following. 

1 - Check the email notification condition and see if there is duplicate email notifications configured with the same condition and same table. 

2- If email notification is configured for table record inserted / updated then check your record if it has been updated multiple times.  This might be helpful for troubleshoot. (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0863677)

 

3- Validate your request and requested item workflow and see if there is any email notifications sent on those workflows/ flows

Does each recipeint has received 3 emails?

can you check that.
