Multiple row field creation in incident form similar like "Multiple row"

Hi All, 

 

Is it possible to create a multiple row  field in the native or in incident form similar like multiple row variable set which is available in Record producer and Catalogs?

This is a Variable only, if you need multiple related items for a task record the the OOB way is related list.
