MVRS getting No Records

Hi Team,

I have used MVRS in catalog item, In the we have created three variables. One is cmdb_ci reference variable.

From variable i need look up record in for each loop .But for each i am getting no records. 

Below error getting in flow

As per below have created flow

Could you please help on that

Hi @Siva82 ,In the 7th step (Look Up Records), what condition are you applying? Are you providing sys IDs? Which table are you querying for records? Does this table contain records with fields that have the specified sys IDs?

so you want to iterate those many CIs which are selected in MRVS?

please share step 7 screenshot what filter condition you applied
