MVRS values are missing in variable whiles creating RITM through flow designer

Hi Team ,

We are raising a RITM from catalogs item through portal using flow designer 

below is the portal form having the data in MVRS 

after click on submit and  raising the RTM  ticket 

RITM Is raised successfully but in variables sections MVRS data is missing 

Is adding  the portal form in variables section  Is out of box function or we have to set in flow designer 

Please guide me with best practices

Hi @String ,

So you have an MRVS in a catalog item that uses a Flow.

What you are experiencing is not expected behavior, the values of MRVS should be captured automatically after submission.

Do you have some customization (e.g. Flow, UI Policy, Client Script, Business Rule) that would clear the values of the MRVS?
