my instance doesnot shows the navigation frame

This looks perfectly fine. This is NOT App Engine Studio... It's the Next Experience UI.

I believe you are facing the issue on your PDI

Open https://developer.servicenow.com/ and follow the below-provided steps:

  1. Go to your profile on top left side of the page
  2. Click on Change User Role

  3. On the next window, click on Admin role
    find_real_file.png

  4. Finally click on Change User Role at the bottom of the page.

Hi @Kiran T 

This is the Next UI Experience release in San Diego Version. Click on the ServiceNow written in the Center of the page. It will give you the Navigator.

If you want to have the same old UI then you can follow the article written by @Mark Roethof on disabling the Next UI Experience:

Enable/Disable Next Experience UI on user level (San Diego)

 

Just use this URL: https://<your_instance_id>.service-now.com/sys_properties_list.do

This will take you to the properties page and you can find the properties mentioned in the article provided above.
