My PDI is in suspended state. Below is the message
dev149904.service-now.com is currently in a suspended state. Please reach out to your sales contact to re-enable your instance.
Could some one help bring it up.

Hi @sangoju
Once a PDI is suspended there is no way to take it back and no support also available. Better take a new PDI and make a habit to take regular back up.

Did you perform any actions in your PDI to keep it active? I know after a week, I think, they disable it and a new one must be requested.

The recommendation is login at least every day and do some kind of configuration. May be a record or SLA/email or something.
