My PDI is stuck in Establishing Session

Hi Everyone,

 

My instance is stuck in establishing session.

 

I already do below TS but it didn't work.

clear browsing history.

manage and reset pw for pdi instance

use private window but still not work

release my old pdi instance and request a new instance.

 

I still having problem and not able to use my PDI.

 

Any other TS that can help ?

sorry to hear this. It look like browser issue. Try to reboot laptop/ desktop.

Also try to open this link in mobile browser a well.

Hi @Jeck Manalo 

 

Thee is no support available for PDI. Either you can wait for some time, or better release this instance and take a new one. 

 

Please share some screenshot where it has been stuck.

Hello,

 

I wait for a long time estimate 7 hrs today.

I also release and request a new one.

 

But still I having this kind of issue below even if this is a new pdi instance.

my pdi is working after request new instance but its load atleast 30minutes before completely show. i think this is fix now.

 

btw thanks for your input.
