My PDI was reclaimed 3 days early...again

Hi,

 

Today I received an email that my PDI would be reclaimed 3 days from now. As soon as the email came in, I went to access my PDI to ensure I didn't lose it and the work I had done, but it had already been reclaimed. This is the 2nd time my PDI has been reclaimed early, and before the early warning email was sent. Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to gain access to the Instance? If so, how were you able to access it? All I see now is the option to request another instance. It's very frustrating.

Hi @Mike LHCG1  there is no support for its few days back lots of people face same issue its better to request new PDI and always do backup of it
