Hi all,

I need a button on a list created in ServiceNow UI Builder that allows users to download all cases into an Excel file. Attaching screenshot for your reference.

below image is a pie chart type-

This below image is list type so there is no such functionality as we have for pie view.

Hi @Devansh00

There is no need to create new excel button. Instead, the user can right-click on any field in the Case table (as shown in your screenshot) to access the available actions.

Hello Everyone, We have created one use case video on List Action to export the selected records only in PDF formate. Basically the List action is created for the UI builder workspaces to perform any action on the list. Now @servicenow has OOB Export button but that exports all the records present

Hi @Devansh00 ,

This functionality is available OOB.

Make sure to select Allow declarative action in configuration option of Record List Header
