Need a daily email sent out to all my engineers

Hi need to build a email notification that ends out a the engineers that are currently assigned to work order

How would i go about doing this? Ive tried workflow based on time but it doesnt give me a option to to select a table

And ive tried the Notification module but that does let me trigger it daily based on time either. Can someone help me out please

You can use the Flow designer for this, and schedule the email in mid night or early morning!!
