Hi All,

Need a script to updated all the incident closed field with below criteria

Need to calculate the Resolved time and updated the Closed after 7 days and state is cancelled

Hi there,

Can you explain your criteria a bit in more detail? For example calculate resolved time? What is there to calculate in your opinion, its just data/time stamp from when it was resolved. Update the cloned after 7 days, but its cancelled so the auto close after 7 days is a mismatch here?
