I need to add agent assist in HR task in HR configurable workspace. I have tried instructions as per below article but those have not worked. The Graduation cap icon is not showing up in the side bar.

As per step 2 in the KB article I have created a declarative action to show agent assist icon in the side bar (See screenshot). Am I missing something?
