from i can find this please provide me steps , i have to extract that data . 

 

from which table i can find this data .

What do you mean by the timeline? Are you asking for the response time, resolution time, SLA breaches, etc.? If so, then go to the task_SLA table.

table is already shared by Atul i.e. task_sla and you can use that

Every SLA which gets attached to any task extended table gets stored there.
