Need to add checkbox to Attachment Dialog Box

I need to add a checkbox to the Attachment Dialog Box that comes up when you want to add an attachment to the incident form.   The checkbox is used to indicate with the attachment is internal or external.   I added a true/false variable to the table, now I need to know how to display the checkbox and use the check to set the variable (I would also like to have it default as already checked.   Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!   Thanks, Don

Hi Don,

It is a UI Page. You may want to modify it.

left nav menu->Ui pages-> attachment.

PS: If you modify any OOB components, during the next upgrades system will skip new updates to those components.
