Need to bring Create Template option in Toggle Template Bar on the HR Module

Hi All,

 

I need to bring Create Template (+ icon) option in the Toggle Template Bar on the HR Module tabs. Can you please suggest with the role required to enable + icon on the Toggle Template Bar for HR Basic Agent/HR Manager users.

 

For now the HR Basic Agent/HR Manager role users can't see the + icon on the forms.
