Need to change the color of Ref : data in email notification.

I want to change the color of ( Ref:MSG0000051_18800c872a14Dhmo )

Is there any way to change this color of text?

We cant do, but if still want to add write a BR, which is not recommended.

Hi @jyothinath 

 

Why do you need this? Would encourage you to get the business justifications of any requirement you take up from your client/internal teams. I don't think the different color will add any value.
