Need to change the metric for Incident SLAs report

Hi community,

I have a requirement where I need to configure metric visualization of Incident SLAs report as per requirement-

for this report currently Visualization is shown ootb like - 8 to 24 hours, 1 to 2 days, etc.

Is there any way I can add my own visualization in this like - More than 1 hour, more than 7 hour?

Yes, you can configure this in the Report Ranges table. Filter it as shown below and then adjust as needed.

Please note that this will affect all reports that are based on that table and field.
