Need to create report on Problem table by considering Time to mitigate field

Hi Experts,

There is a field called "Time to mitigate" in problem table. Ex . 10 problems tickets are there among those for 6 tickets time to mitigate hours is more than 4 hrs and for 4 tickets time to mitigate hours is less than or equal to 4hrs.

As per the above example I need a report to show 6 tickets are breached and 5 tickets not breached. How can I create a report for this.

You can't, as there is no statement in the problem record about breached or not breached - only time to mitigate. So basic you can create a report where mitigate hours is less than 4 hours and another where mitigate hours is more than 4 hours. You can also combine these two datasets in one report.

Going forward, I would recommend to create a SLA based on the problem, as you then will have the OOTB funtion to state breached vs. not breached.

Hi @Community Alums 

In this case, you can create SLA and report that SLA on problem records. may be only resolution type SLA is required to get your work done.
