Need to make " risk impact " field read only from related link

Hi All, 

I have a requirement, where i need to make the 'risk  impact' field  to read only of change request form related link, when the state is change to authorize.

What do you mean with 'from related link'? You can just create a ui policy to make the field read only on state = authorize?

In change request form, under that  related link I have to make that 'Calculate Risk' read only , I created ui policy but i cann't find that field .

That is the UI action link, I think you can apply condition in UI action to set the visibility but you can not make it read only. @Mark Manders  what do you suggest?

You are indeed not talking about fields, but about a ui action. You can't make something to click on 'read only'. You will need to apply the conditions to show or not show.
