Hi Community,
This is query regarding an Event Management module which we are working upon, We are getting events from an (XXX)monitoring tool, And we couldn't get the data in the CI field.
I have checked the pay load from the monitoring tool, they are not sending the data.
And checked the scripts of the monitoring tool as well but couldn't find any related hint.
Is there any possibility that can we able to populate the data on the Event table on the CI field without writing the business rules???
Could some one help me with your suggestions??

I have worked in the flow designers and the actions which I given as attached below,
Its populating on the CI field when i am triggering an event manually with the help of REST API explorer. But when the events are coming from the system generated, the data is not coming on the CI? I suspect i am missing some step in flow designer.
