Need to reduce Fulfiller license users

Hi All,

In my current organization I found 110 fulfiller licenses allocated to ITSM. Now my general manager wants to reduce the number of Fulfiller users to be lower than 100 due to cost. Please suggest how to find fulfiller users (110) who having fulfiller license and "how to reduce users below 100".

Hi,
You can review the license assignment, if there are some unnecessary license assigned, please remove those.
Sometimes for a small need, people assigned the fulfiller license which can be avoided.

Hi,

PFA the list of fulfiller roles.

If user is having any one this role, this will consider as fulfiller license. If one user is having more than one fulfiller role that comes under one licenses only.

You need to review all those user and try to optimize this removing few fulfiller roles.
