Need to remove the quantity section from SC Order Guide Widget

Under the Employee Service Center Homepage, there is a Widget which shows the quantity of the requested items, after some research i found out that its the SC Order Guide Widget. How should i clone and edit it such that i can hide the quantity part from it.

If you look at the sc_cat_item table and make no_quantity_v2 as false, then it should disappear.
