Need to select multiple attachments/files/images at a time in virtual agent

Hi,

 

Once I request an  incident from virtual agent, and I upload any files or images from attachment, it allows only one file at a time but my requirement is need to select multiple attachments/files/images at a time.

 

Can you please help me on this.
