Hello @Atchutaram ,
You can create your new flow for your custom table and attach that in your sla definition record .
Refer following screenshots :
1)create one flow
Trigger > Application >SLA task
2)section action sla timer percentage
3) lookup task
4) Send notification
5) Publish flow
6)attach this flow to your sla definition
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards ,
Aditya

Hi @Atchutaram,
Please follow the follow the following steps:
- You can use the default SLA flow when you create the SLA definition for your custom definition. There's no need to modify this flow.
- The default SLA flow already has events at 50, 75 and 100% breach.
- You can use the event which is at 50% to trigger the notification. Note that the event for 50% and 75% are same i.e. sla.warning.parm.
- To make sure that the notification triggers at 50% and not at 75%, use conditions in the notifications like Business Elapsed time is greater than equal 50 and Business elapsed time is less than 75. You will also need to add another AND condition to check for your SLA definition.
Please let me know if this resolves your query. Also please mark this response as helpful/solved if this was useful.
Regards,
Rishi.
