Needs help setting up email account on PDI for inbound action test

I have a new PDI instance on San Diego and would like to test an inbound action. 

I have the inbound action setup itself but need to setup the POP3 email account on my PDI. 

Below is a screen shot of the Email Account record thus far. This is my PDI instance so I dont know what server to use, user name, password, etc...

Hello @David Neustadt1 

I think the email sending and receiving is disabled on PDI instances as per the below article published by ServiceNow. Even inbound email is not working in my PDI as well and all setting seems to be good.
