Hello everyone, today I deployed a ServiceNow instance for developers and the certificate is expired. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi @chris_roses
It’s a known issue for today. You can either wait or release the PDI and take a new one.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello,
There is only one way that is below.
you'll typically need to generate a new Certificate Signing Request (CSR), obtain a new certificate from a Certificate Authority (CA), and then install it on your server or instance.
Regards,
Alok Gupta

Hi @Alok Gupta5
It’s a PDI, not a client instance, so this solution may not work in this case.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I released my instance, but now I can't get a new one. I'm on the waiting list. Anyway I can get the instance back with updated certificate?
