New PDI - unable to install App Engine Studio Plugin (Unified Developer Core)

If i try to install the dependencies, i get the same problem:

@Meloper App Engine Studio is a store based application. Instead of installing it through plugins, try and install it using Application Manager.

 i already released the instance and request new

May be with new instance the issues would get fixed.

i already did this 2 time.
with every new instance (Washington) i have this Problem
