New PDI - unable to install App Engine Studio Plugin (Unified Developer Core)

If i try to install the dependencies, i get the same problem:

@Meloper Try requesting a Vancouver based PDI as the Washington release is relatively new and may have some bugs which is preventing you from installing App Engine Studio. Vancouver is relatively more stable and should install AES without any issues.

@Meloper Release the Washington PDI and request for a Vancouver based PDI. Repeat the installation step with Vancouver.
