I need to replicate 200 SLAs for new conditions.

What is the best approach to perform this action?

Manual you can insert and stay and create 

or 

Automation Prepare an Excel file with SLA details all conditions, upload it via System Import Sets, create a transform map for the contract_sla table, and run the transform to import SLAs.

Best way to do this is to prepare excel and use data source to transform the data in SLA table.

Hi @si21 

you mean , you already have 200 SLA and now you to modify the start condition in all 200. If yes, then download all SLA in excel via import option then modify it and upload the same sheet via Import -- Update option
