No matter what color you use in the theme builder the dark mode buttons are always the same color

Hello, 

We're using the OOTB dark mode with a custom theme but no matter what color we use in the theme builder the buttons are the same hard to see color. 

Where can I update this color for the ui action buttons?

Unfortunate , I did not find any solution.

I have also noticed in the body of the text, it is not visible because of the font matching the dark background.

Did you ever find a way to change that? I am having text on a form unreadable in dark mode without highlighting like in your screenshot.
