Hi I am trying to enable SAM pro - normalization and content services. But there is not impact on Software product model table. as per guided setup manufacture field should be updated though I cant see any change in this table nor norm status field has any value. Its completely blank whereas hardware model table and cmdb product table is showing additional tab of normalization.
