Not able to access the knowledge article or block?

Hi Experts,

User with having "knowledge_manager" role is not able to create article with specific article template (ex-test template- with no acl), and user also not able to access the knowledge block as well.

It show the "security constraints restricted user access to requested page" but after debug we have not found that user is not having that roles.

Please let me know if anyone already fix this issue or know this issue.

I have checked the application access it's look good, and regarding to the roles- using knowledge manager user can perform everything in dev but not in test instance.

Thanks for the quick response, there is an ACL creating the issue, not allowing the user to access it.

As I said from the start. As per the error it should be because of ACLs.
